Foam Boards are perfect for projecting your image or artwork in full color, allowing the colors to remain vibrant and the images in high quality. Poster printing on foam board is a great way to show off your product in almost any size making it a terrific gift idea.
No matter what size or concept you are looking for you can also  consider one image split onto two, three or four pieces of foam board for a real classy look.
Lightweight  and a cost-effective indoor poster, Foam Boards are always consider for printing when looking for an economical way to showcase your artwork without a frame, but still come across as a professional print.
Being the most favored for indoor media, our 3/16 in Foam Board prints are composed of a foam center with a white semi-gloss paper backing on both sides. Foam-Board is both lightweight and rigid.
The boards are easy to cut for custom fitting into existing displays and can be printed on both sides.
The foam board itself resists denting, bending and crushing because of the extra dense core.
Matte and Gloss  laminations are also available for a high-end finish and added durability.
Lamination also adds a moisture barrier that helps to prevent bowing and warping.

Create your file in CMYK mode with a resolution of 300dpi.

If you file has been created in RGB or includes RGB objects, we recommend converting the file to CMYK.

Do not include bleeding or crop marks in your artwork.

Your artwork should reflect only what you need to be printed in the final product.

Before you upload your artwork, be sure your artwork  is sent in the same size or ratio as your order.
In order to provide you the fastest turn around, all artworks for Large Format products are sent directly to press.
We will not be responsible for any reprints if your file is sent in size ratio different  than the measurements specified in your order. If you need a decimal size or special size, you requested through our “Estimate” section.

If you are working with vector images (in programs like Adobe Illustrator), the final size artwork is not necessary unless you have placed photographs into your document. Then the above guidelines will apply.

All fonts should be converted to curves or outlines. We suggest your files to be flatten or rasterized if possible to minimize the file size.

We accept the following  file formats: EPS, TIF ,PSD , PSB & PDF files. JPG files are accepted, but they must be prepared properly (It’s strongly suggested that the JPG is created the closest size possible to the final print size)

Resolution should be 300dpi.

File size should be 100% of the finished size.

If your file is larger than 50MB you may scale it down but the size ratio must remain the same.
Example:
(If the final file size is 20”x40” , you can create your file 10″x20″. We will expand your file to the size specified in your order.

For an extended resistance on weather and abrasion we offer High Gloss Lamination. Laminated with Pressure Sensitive High Gloss Film,  Lamination helps in keeping materials as good as new for many years, increasing the durability as well as preserving the color.
